With a Passion For Eating, Cooking and Entertaining Marc Is well equipped to tempt your taste buds in a West Country Style...

Having travelled extensively and worked in many culinary establishments over the years. Marc has a well rounded idea of what constitutes a great meal and night out. Being trained by Franco Cafaro of the Colosseum Italian restaurant Teignmouth he has learned the techniques that if you use the best local ingredients in your creations amazing tastes will follow, with a great knowledge of mediterranean cooking this is the base that he creates from.

 

Marc has spent a great deal of his life eating and drinking his way round the world including The Two Michelin Star Merrion Hotel Dublin, Gidleigh Park and a regular at The Jack In The Green Rockbere...

 

This has given him a great understanding of the theatre of a meal well served.

 

His passion for food and drink will give you a West Country Night to remember.
